TABLE TENNIS: The selection committee has finalised the Table Tennis Team to represent Sri Lanka at the South Asian Games. The Men's trials were held last month while the Women's trials were completed last week at the St. Thomas Indoor Stadium Mt. Lavinia.

The squad comprises five Men and five Women players. This includes, Sri Lanka's top ranked player Tilina Piyadasa who also holds the captaincy of the Men's team.

Rohan Sirisensa, Indika Prasad, Taridu Samaraweera and G. M. Liyanage are the other members. The Women's team comprises Deepika Rodrigo (Captain), Ishara Madurangi, Kalpani Herath, Ruhansi Wijekoon and Srimali Wimalaratne.
